We brought Roxy, our 2yo pterodactyl (JRT) in for her mani / pedi this afternoon. She hates it and shakes, whines and cries. But they (my apologies for not getting your names!) were very gentle and patient with her. She couldn’t wait to escape, but a cheeseburger on the way home pacified her. Thank you to the wonderful staff - we’ll be in regularly

We recently moved to Orillia and it was our first time going to Mimi’s dog grooming. I brought my “sassy” 10 year old American Eskimo for grooming yesterday and Logan did a fantastic job with him. She did a beautiful job bathing and brushing him out, very pleased with our experience. Highly recommend!

I have been using Mimmi for years. I have always found them very reasonable to work with. This is my third dog Lucy she is big baby (German Shepard) she is also with Mimmi and we have enjoyed working with her and team. We can always get what we need. We try to plan ahead to get Lucys in for her spa before special occasions. We have even had Skunk emergencies where she coached us what to do before we could get Lucy to the groomers as multiple baths are usually required. But you do not want a smelly dog in your car. Very Happy I think 10 yrs along
