I recently received a treatment from Carolyn for upper and lower back discomfort. I've had this for some time. After my first treatment I can notice a definite improvement. Thank you Carolyn :):)

I visited Carolyn some months ago. I have some shoulder issues due to past training injuries and a recent bicycle tumble. She performed the ‘cupping’ technique on my shoulder and area. Carolyn was very good at asking me questions during the treatment to best guide her along the way. It was my first experience with this. Carolyn’s treatment worked wonders. I noticed results very quickly. My shoulder pain lessened noticeably and my mobility increased dramatically. Over the next few days, my mobility continued to increase as did the number and types of stretches / exercises I could do. I met Carolyn by chance or should I say fate. I had an extreme case of vertigo and decided to try acupuncture. This was my first experience with acupuncture and I was extremely nervous. Carolyn explained everything she was doing and calmed my nerves. She answered all my questions and was so understanding and took time to listen to my health problems. After my session and some rest my vertigo disappeared.Carolyn is an amazing person and has a great soul. Thank you for making my first acupuncture experience so incredible.
