Hello! I recently had brake work done by KCA, and am extremely happy with the attention I was given. Brian(service manager) took the time to explain what I needed to know. I know for a fact it would have cost me more elsewhere, especially at a Ford dealer. I required my vehicle just a few hours later and they met my requirements sooner than expected.......I would highly recommend these guys for all your vehicle needs...... Enjoy your day :)

Had an alternator fail on the 400 highway, towed the car to this shop. Amazing service both customer and auto as well as fair prices. I'm not from Orillia but this would be my #1 shop if it were in my hometown

I am honestly blown away by the service I received today at KC automotive!. As a single girl who knows nothing about cars, I went to this automotive shop to have my breaks checked because I experienced some jerking when breaking. As soon as I got to the office, Brian welcomed me and listened to my concerns. He immediately took action and took my car in for inspection. He even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait during my inspection. He assured me that I was in good hands and not to worry about my car. A couple of hours later he called me and discussed his findings with me. Thank God there was nothing major wrong with my car and now I have peace of mind driving... read full review
