These five stars are for Fred Clarke and his staff over the thirteen odd years I took my car to Freddie's. They were always willing to squeeze me in around a chaotic schedule, tell me exactly what needed to be fixed and cost and be friendly and approachable.
Since Fred retired and Freddie's was sold to neighbouring Orillia Volkswagen and I took my car in for a squeak, they put the wrong belt on my car, tried to tighten it until they couldn't no more, kept me in their waiting room for two hours past my appointment time and then tried to sell me on an almost $1000 repair on a part that only Toyota would provide. I havent lived in the area for a few years but when we did, we ALWAYS trusted Freddie’s to treat us well. Honest, trustworthy and fair. Front desk is super helpful too. I’ve never met a kinder mechanic. Simply the best.

The staff are simply amazing. Every time I'm in there, I feel welcomed and that they're happy to see me. 'Freddie' is so friendly and fair. You should definitely give them a try... and you won't want to go anywhere else instead.
