Did a drop-in class when I was up visiting my dad who lives in the area. The workout was great and Coach Mike was really knowledgeable and helpful throughout.
We did a “Mike’s Madness” class which is off the regular scheduled programming (think the members said it happens once a month) and it was super fun and challenging. Also, the members were SO lovely! Super welcoming, supportive, and friendly.
Going to make a point of dropping in every time I’m up for the weekend.

This particular CrossFit outfit is 10-Star. The trainers are all so knowledgeable, not only about the proper (including injury free) way to do heavy lifts and dynamic movements, but they also know what the particular goals are for each daily workout and can help each individual attain those goals no matter what their level of fitness is (either their general level or, because of circumstances, their level for this particular day). Very flexible and goal oriented.

Really enjoying my first couple of weeks at Orillia CrossFit! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and the classes are as tough as you want them to be. The coaches do encourage you to push the limit and for me that’s great motivation! It is a great atmosphere, positive, welcoming, and challenging! The sore muscles are worth going that extra few reps!
