We were very pleased with the service. Both young men,Tyler and Holden, were very informative and appreciated my chocolate chip cookies.We have no hesitation in calling for service again if needed
Mike Baird and Mark Thorp converted our wood burning fireplace to a propane one. They were very thorough, respectful of our home and wonderful with our three very large and annoying dogs! They worked tirelessly until 10:30pm on Friday night to ensure everything was working perfectly. We would highly recommend them!
Overall a great experience. Communication is top level with either in person, phone, email or text i knew exactly when, what and who was involved and coming to my house. Paul made it an easy sales process with great selection, lots of Canadian product which was a must for me, great recommendations made selection easy. Mike and Mark arrived to do the install and easily jumped over every hurdle my install threw at them from icy roof to undersized firebox and a wooden mantel, all requiring a custom solution that only experience can provide.
