I got my back dermals pierced less than a week ago at a different tattoo/piercing shop. I had it checked out by my original piercer who admitted to piercing it too deep and he attempted to wiggle it out so it was more flush with the other piercing. When i woke up i noticed the piercing has already gone back in much further as I had suspected and it was severely swollen, and i know longer felt trust in this piercer so I called Way Cool tattoos and explained the situation. I was greeted by the kindest most respectful girl (I truly apologize for forgetting her name because she was absolutely wonderful), who apologized for what I had gone through and did everything in her power to get me in for an appointment to render the situation and had me booked in within less than 2 hours. I came into the shop and everyone in the shop is absolutely wonderful. Norm was who took care of me and I can honestly say I have never in my life met a kinder, gentler, respectful person in my entire life. I feel so guilty for taking up so much of his time to render a situation that was no fault of his own. It took a little over an hour and a half to get this piercing out, it could have been so much faster if he went against my wishes of stopping when i needed breaks but not once did he make me feel guilty or weak for needing him to stop. He respected every stop, every scream and every breath i needed throughout this entire process. He will help you with your breathing, coach you through your experience, and I have never had someone be so respectful of boundaries regardless of how much time of theirs you take up (which i genuinely feel awful for). Through it was very unfortunate my piercing had to come out, i have never been so grateful to meet someone who cares about the people they service, not just the money they would make piercing something they’re unsure of. I only had the pleasure of meeting two staff members, but i can only imagine how wonderful the rest are. For all future piercings or tattoos I will go to Norm indefinitely (provided he’d be okay with that after having to comfort me as i cried), truly the kindest most understanding person i have ever met and I could not be more grateful that he was who took care of me during this experience. Thank you Norm, and thank you Way Cool Tattoos, you have no idea the impact this expertise has had on me.

After getting pierced at multiple stores, way cool is definitely the best experience by far! I got my double lobes done by Rossie and she was very patient, informative, and made sure the placement and process was smooth all the way. I had other lobes and vertical helixes done elsewhere but they left me feeling very nervous and unsure of my piercing placement, correct jewelry, and aftercare and provided little customer service. This location is a bit pricier and there are definitely cheaper options around, but for the price you’re paying for impeccable service, love your piercers!

What an amazing place! Brought my 10 year old son for ear piercing and so professional and kind staff, can’t say enough good things.

Ryan is a great piercer! I’ve gotten quite a few challenging piercings and they’ve all healed with no issues! He’s also super friendly and willing to walk you through the whole process and after care and is there for any questions or concerns along the healing journey.

There is a good reason why I send anyone I know to him for challenging projects because I know they’re in good hands, and I can’t recommend him enough.

Ryan has been my piercer for many years and has done a multitude of piercings on me, including most recently a pair of HCHs and large gauge nipple piercings in the past year. The piercings themselves were executed skillfully, meticulously and smoothly. He is also very thorough with walking you through and explaining his process in a way that makes you feel very safe and very aware of every step being taken. Both have healed comfortably and beautifully with 0 complications. As a fellow piercer, I highly recommend Ryan - especially for piercings that are more advanced and extremely technical.

Had a mishap with a new piercing (got caught on my mask) and needed to get my jewelry sterilized and reinserted. Receptionist was very kind and helpful! I was able to be seen right away. Ryan was very knowledgeable and gentle. He took the time to explain everything and even recommended a few reputable jewelry brands. Infection control is A++! Will definitely be returning for future piercings

Got my first tattoo done by Adam, was a great experience getting the proper advice and help, while also having great conversations. Also made me feel super comfortable and drew up a sick tattoo for me as well!

I've been going to way cool for a while now. I have had a few artists but once I found Rob he was the guy for me. This guy is awesome to talk to and bounce ideas off of and really lets you go at your own pace and is so supportive of making your vision a reality. When it comes to skill I honestly feel like he is unmatched. His lines and detail on my pieces is truly a work of art. I constantly get compliments on my pieces. I would recommend Rob if you're a first timer or even a tattoo veteran. At the end of the day when it comes to tattoos I want someone who listens to my ideas and works with me to design a piece that will look great and the skills and talents to execute it. Rob is both of these things. There no one else I will be getting ink done by as long as this guy is tattooing.
