Last week I went into Urban Auto to have a planned coolant change completed. As usual, Greg and Derek, who man the desk were as pleasant as ever and because it was so cold, I was offered a drive home, which I gladly accepted. That is a kind of service that you get at Urban Auto. When the work was completed, I was asked if I needed a ride, which I gladly accepted. The young man who picked me up was friendly and kind. When I went to pick up my car, it had been also cleaned on the inside and out. Who can ask for better service than this? Thank you to Mike and his team at Urban Auto . I feel in such good hands.
