Best service ever. The staff here treated me well and took great care of me, I have got my kids and my glasses from this location. Their optician (Yu- mei )is very professional and knowledgeable, she explained me everything I needed to know before buying my glasses, she also made sure that the glasses are fitting good and also gave me various choices of contact lenses and helped me to choose the right lens and frame for my everyday needs. I will always be coming to this location. I really appreciate your help .
Vivian is the best at this optical. She is very friendly, helpful, patient and personable. She does her best to ensure that every customer is a happy customer. My family and I visited Theodore & Pringle Optical and everyone of us got two eye glasses each with warranty. The service we received from Vivian was fabulous!!! She was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make us happy customers.
My experience with this store is flawless. Amazing price, got my glasses, I feel it’s a bit out of focus, but I can handle it. Two weeks later, I went to pick up contact lenses and casually mentioned to the store manager Gloria, unlike other stores who brush me away by telling me I should try another month more, or that new pairs are never the same, she immediately told me that that they have warranty and can send for fix. New pair came back in a couple weeks, and it was peeeerfect. Also whenever I visit for minor fitting adjustment ( ie. nose bridge, legs ), I always receive superior service.
