I highly recommend this groomer, especially if you have a senior dog. They are always super quick and cut her hair exactly the way I ask, which keeps the whole experience stress-free for her. The peace of mind I get knowing my older dog is in safe hands is worth the extra cost.

Grooming is excellent but customer service was terrible my last and final time there. I had a scheduled groom for my 2 dogs and when I showed up all I was told was ohh we don't have an appointment for you today. I automatically assumed I messed up the dates, she then proceeds to tell me actually we dont have any appointments booked for you next week either, I guess whoever you spoke to forgot to book you in. I asked what now? She replies i don't know :((
No apologies, no let me get back to you on getting you booked in etc....
What the heck happened to customer care and service?

I took my pomeranian Yoda to Claire to groom him. I was scared because we mostly do it ourselves, as I have a hard time trusting groomers. But they did a fantastic job. He had some really bad matting on his behind due to a lake swim, but they got pretty much 99% of it out without needing to shave it, which is amazing. They also managed to cut and trim his paws, which is something that I have always struggled with because he does not like his feet being touched, but even though he was a little difficult, they still managed to complete the service and do a fantastic job. They also got the skunk smell of him too. I would recommend them. They did a really good job.

I had a very disappointing experience at this grooming vendor today with my 6-year-old toy poodle. They claimed he was biting because they couldn't groom his head, which was surprising as he has never displayed such behavior before at any other groomers.
Upon entering, I was immediately concerned by the sound of a dog crying loudly. The lady at the front desk, who was also the groomer, appeared indifferent to the dog's distress. This lack of empathy made my dog extremely anxious, especially as the crying continued while I was leaving him.
To make matters worse, the responsible person also suggested I return to our previous groomer and questioned why I even came here in the first place. This was completely uncalled for and added to an already stressful visit.
Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at a grooming vendor, and it's unfortunate to have to share such negative feedback. I hope they can improve their customer service and animal care in the future

I have been bringing my dog Toby to The Ark Pet Spaw & Emporium for several years and have always been happy with the service. Recently, Claire has joined the team and replaced our previous groomer Amanda. I must say, she has done a fantastic job! Claire assured us that she will take great care of Toby moving forward, and she certainly delivered. Toby looks amazing, and I appreciate the care and attention to detail Claire provided. Best doggy spa there is! Amanda is absolutely amazing at taking care of our Sheepernese dog and all the hair that comes along! She is super friendly, and communicates exactly what will be done so there are no surprises when we come for pick up. Would highly recommend Amanda- 5 Stars!!

My dog gets his nails trimmed here. They do a great job at a reasonable price.
