Jin was an absolute gentleman and his work was excellent. He was very meticulous about explaining the process and ensuring that his equipment could access the jobsite beforehand. He was punctual and kept me updated about his arrival time. His equipment was top notch and made short work of my LARGE stump. It would have cost me more to rent a small grinder, including delivery and it would have taken me MUCH longer to complete the job.
Before and after pictures attached. It's a little difficult to see the after, as the stump was obliterated.
Wonderful experience! Jin was very responsive when I first reached out to have two stumps removed. He was punctual, let me know when he was 20 mins away, explained what he would be doing and confirmed the job was done by showing me the results before cleaning up the garden area. Would 100% recommend and would use again.
Jin removed a very old birch tree stump for me. His quote was accurate. He arrived on time. Jin provided very fast service for both the stump removal and quote. I found Jin very polite and honest. Would not hesitate to call him again.
