A follow up telephone call from the Production Sheduler to ascertain how satisfied I was with the work only reinforced my view of the level of professionalism of the company. From Brain providing a very fast quote, to Bob calling to keep us apprised of install dates, and the team that showed up to install our eaves, facias and soffits, the experience was extremely well handled. We had a roof vent leaking just before we had to leave for a trip and at very short notice Mr Brian Sharp fitted in a prompt visit and agreed he could fix the problem while we were away. That was very reassuring and the job was done when we returned. Recently we had Sharp Exteriors replace a number of windows in our home. This was our second time dealing with this company. Several years ago they replaced our roof and eaves troughs at our previous home. Once again, it was a pleasure dealing with Jonathan who gave us guidance on our options and provided a competitive quote, Bob, who scheduled the work and Edwin and Steve who installed the new windows.
