I recently visited Rotana auto service for my car and I was blown away by their top-notch customer service. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They went above and beyond to explain the repairs needed and the options available to me. Their prices were the most competitive I've seen in Oakville. Their pricing transparency is awesome, and I will definitely be using Rotana auto service for all my future car needs. Highly recommend!

If you are having vehicle problems and you are passing through Oakville; consider giving them a call. Because, for my part, they provided us with outstanding service, from the towing service, to the administrative services provided by the owner, to the mechanical services, nothing to say. And that’s not to mention their warm welcome. They went above and beyond in customer service. We had a belt and compressor problem, and despite their closing hours of 6 p.m., they still took care of us. Thank goodness they worked to find our parts on a tight deadline since it was the day before a long weekend and they were able to get our vehicle to us at 8:20 p.m. Me and my family... read full review
