Very disappointing experience, especially given the premium pricing. The massage was done in a waxing room that was not clean or suitable, the service itself was incomplete (not a proper full-body massage), and the therapist did not appear well-trained. We were also placed in a basement room due to overbooking, which was never disclosed at booking. To make matters worse, the reception staff were not considerate or responsive to our concerns, which was disappointing from a customer service and relationship perspective. Overall, poor service quality and lack of transparency. Would not recommend.
