We received the keys to our beautiful new pre-construction home yesterday, and I truly wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible experience we had with Rosehaven Homes — especially Teresa and Blanka .I want to discuss how great they both were below:
From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and genuinely supportive. Buying a new build can feel overwhelming, but Teresa and Blanka made every step smooth and reassuring. They were always responsive, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and excited throughout the process. Teresa I appreciate your hard work with us!

When we first decided to buy a new build, our broker was against the idea, but when we told her we are going with Rosehaven, she said they are one of the best for new build if that's what we want. And now we know why she said that. Rosehaven has been amazing after the sales, during the closing, and post closing as well with Teresa and Sarge (sorry if I am getting the spelling wrong) leading the way with customer service. When we submitted our 40 day Tarion report, and sent a list of small things to fix, we were told that the builder will push back on everything, but really it was handled so well by Teresa - she not only took care of the issues we raised but also... read full review

I want to express how pleased I am with the way Teresa handled the issues in my IV Rouge Oakville home. She coordinated everything efficiently, communicated clearly and had the repairs completed in a very short time. She was exceptionally organized, proactive and truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. Teresa’s dedication and professionalism really set her apart and I sincerely appreciate the excellent work she delivered.
