I have been going to this Physio Clinic for the past several years and the staff is amazing! Super friendly - Simone at the desk is awesome and the physiotherapist Priya was lovely. She asked all the questions and was a good listener! Only then did she actually work on me. Highly recommend!

Excellent facilities, excellent customer service from booking the appointment to paying and easy insurance billing. George is fantastic, always helps me get back into training or work after I have hurt or tweaked something. George listens to the problems and doesn’t just help heal them he gives exercises to reduce injuring it again.

James is an excellent therapist who thinks out of the box! His depth and breadth of knowledge exceeds what one would simply expect when going for physio treatment. During the last 4+ years he successfully treated me for many issues (Thanks James I can ride the bike without pain again), and the last one was brilliant! After having eye pain for over two years and seeing several specialists, I asked his opinion and without any hesitation he indicated the source of pain are muscles in the back of the head, and provided appropriate treatment. It’s great to have no eye pain again! Thanks James!!

James is the G.O.A.T. And tailors both treatment and personal experience to each client. I saw him for the first time almost 10 years ago and I will follow him to wherever he goes. Have to hop on a plane to see him? He can take out 5 minutes of the session to loosen up my hips since he won’t need that time to fix the actual problem anyways.

I've had pelvic floor therapy before at another clinic, with some success in strengthening it. So to be honest, when it was recommended for me to give it a try again, I did have some reservations. So glad I followed through! Ansu is very sweet and super knowledgeable about pelvic floor therapy. She guided me in the right direction as to how strengthen my pelvic floor and with each visit, I was able to progress to more challenging exercises. I now have zero concerns regarding my pelvic floor and I am so grateful for her guidance and support! Thank you Ansu!

Pelvic Floor Physio provided by Ansu Matthews (Licensed Physiotherapist) has alleviated my lower back pain by 99%. She is very knowledgeable about how the muscles are all connected and helped me to better understand which exercises worked best for me.Wish I had started sooner! What a difference!

I've seen Trish on and off over the past year and a half for a tricky SIJ injury. What I like best about working with her is she doesn't mess around. My first appointment with her she told me she wanted to treat me and get me on my way; practitioners I've seen in the past have had me come back for many sessions, just to do exercises and things I could do on my own. Trish expressed right away that she didn't want to waste my time or money/benefits doing things I could do on my own. It was really refreshing to hear and she was true to her word; she treated my injury and set me up with a treatment plan to get me back to doing what I love. I'm a weightlifter and she never told me to stop doing anything (another common practice) just set me up with exercises to help strengthen my weaknesses and to adapt to my limitations. Even when I go too hard and end up back in treatment again she is very patient with me and my antics.She's great for explaining how she will touch you, what she's doing and why!The clinic is great too, efficient and always on time. Highly recommend .

Hope I could give a zero star. Have the appointment with Dr. Mike. Said it is 60 minutes and 30 minutes , but actually 50 minutes and 21 minutes. Horrible experience. Do the same procedure for three times, two times cost 120 dollar and one time cost 90 dollar. Call the reception, stating that for the time with 90 dollar, I didn't do the shockwave at all. I disagree and ask to speak to the manager as clearly I feel like I did the same treatment. Ironically, the manager changes the words and state that "I did do the shockwave that time, but the computer is on error and they just doesn't charge me that 30 dollar." Funny on how the manager and reception have different words. Anyways, have already cancelled all the future appointment and glad to stop wasting money on them. The difference in amount for money or less than stated time is not a big deal but more their attitudes on solving issues makes me disappointed.
