We have a basement berber carpet that is over 10 years old and might never have been cleaned before. There are several dirt marks in traffic areas, a bit of gum we couldn’t remove and an old fruit punch drink stain that was hidden under a couch. They were able to get it looking like new in less than an hour. They even suggested a way to deal with some wrinkles in the carpet. Office staff was responsive and easy to communicate with. Was able to get appointment promptly to meet our time line. Very professional service. Highly recommend!
Outstanding service. I spilled espresso coffee on our expensive rug and was concerned that the stain would be permanent. Your technicians removed the stain completely and also cleaned the rug much better than another specialist rug company did last year.
