It’s crazy. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now. It’s getting bad to worse. Today after a cut and color my hair was washed in a way that my entire body is wet. I was asked to put my head forward into the sink. Who does that? Water was dripping onto my shoulders and onto the floor. And I’m blamed? I’ve been supporting this establishment for too long. They say they close at 6, then complain when I show up at 5:10? Saying the next time he will not take me in after 5. This is getting ridiculous. I paid (more than this deserves) and walked out. Ridiculous old man and his peculiar ways. No more of this nonsense. Time to find another establishment that’s professional.
