Today I tried the Endosphere treatment for the first time and finally found it here in Oakville! I had been looking for this service in our city for a long time, and I’m so glad this salon brought in the original European machine from Italy.

I came in during a great promotion and received a 15-minute session for free. Already during the treatment I decided to buy a full body package because the feeling was amazing — pleasant warmth and a sense of better circulation throughout my body.

I had IPL facials here and it was such a lovely experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and my aesthetician made me feel completely cared for. My skin was brighter and more even afterwards. Truly a wonderful spa—highly recommend!

I walked into this spa after noticing their signboard about facial offers during my Saturday morning stroll. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When I first approached the receptionist (a blonde lady at the front desk), she rudely asked me to step aside while she finished her work. A few minutes later, when I tried again, she bluntly said she had to complete her work before speaking to me.

When she finally decided to assist, I asked about the types of facials they offered. Her response: “everything is on the website.” I asked if they provided HydraFacial, and she said no, but that they offer Jet Peel, claiming it’s the same thing. When I asked what to expect in a Jet Peel, her dismissive response was simply: “basic stuff.”

The entire interaction felt unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly discriminatory. She made zero effort to provide information or welcome a potential client. Whether it was her lack of interest or bias against me as a brown-skinned person, the treatment was unacceptable.

Needless to say, I wouldn’t go back—even if they offered services for free.

I have been going to Monterella Spa for many years and I always have a wonderful time. Iris is a tremendously kind and skilled professional and I always look forward to seeing her. All the other ladies (Edyta the founder, Edyta at the reception, Karolina, Natalia and Ji) are extremely sweet, kind and helpful. I especially love the calm and friendly atmosphere. And the small details: like a lovely note with an inspirational quote that greets me every time I come for a pedicure and a Lindt chocolate. It's these small touches of care and comfort that make a difference as well!
I highly recommend this spa to everyone and I wholeheartedly thank the ladies at Monterella for their kind and welcoming attitude. :)

Had my nails done by Javiera and absolutely love them, never had them looking this clean and taken care of. Her techniques are very precise and accurate, you can just tell she’s amazing at what she does, with every step of the process. Will definitely be coming back!!
