I am always recommending this place to all my friends & Family. Mechaniq has provided level of care for my Mercedes similar to dealership at more reasonable cost. Also Tina and Dale are very helpful.
IQ was very polite and has excellent customer service. They thoroughly did an inspection of my vehicle, took photos and took their time to help me understand what needed to get done and what is recommended. They also paid for me to have an Uber to the place I needed to go while my car was being serviced. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Great staff, customer service and awesome mechanics thanks guys.
I came to the Oakville Mechanic IQ Location on Spears Road after a recommendation from a neighbor. I was not disappointed. Not only did they address my big concern about blown head gaskets, by diagnosing a different reason for our coolant level dropping (replacement of a intake pipe) their work was accomplished on a schedule that totally fit our expectations. We also saved money versus what our past dealership would’ve charged us. Very pleased to have started a relationship with these folks at Mechanic IQ And we’ll bring our Ford and Chevrolet vehicles there for service going forward. No hesitation recommending this mechanic.
