******************* VERY INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, HAS NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS TIME, BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, **********STAY AWAY********* Decided to get him to work on my truck. Dropped the truck for a front break job, also at the same time asked him to adjust my Emergency break since it didn't work and look into my belts squeaking periodically. Went to pick it up the next day and was advised that my water pump was leaking. Asked him to replace it. Came back next day to see him frustrated that the new pump that he ordered had a crack and was leaking, FINE. This happens sometimes with new parts. I do hvac for living and sometimes get defective parts. Picked up the car with new breaks and new pump. GOOD. Get home and try to pull on the handbrake, no bueno. Doesn't work like it didn't work before. BAD Car still squeaks. Call him and drop off the car few days later. Tells me the tensioner is bad. Tell him to replace it. And once he is at it, to replace the belt even though the belt was changed previous year. Go into the shop next day at the time we agreed, he is working on installing a new tensioner. Installed. GOOD. Gets the belt, tells me belt is too short and wont fit. BAD. Go home, truck squeals. 2-3 months later call him to replace rear brakes and ask him to adjust parking brake. Tells me to drop off the car on Wednesday morning. I was working Wednesday morning so called and spoke to his secretary and advised her that i will drop off the car on Tuesday night and leave the key. She said ok. Pull up to Lino's auto on Tuesday at 8pm and there is still guys there. Leave the car with them. Call Lino's Auto on Wednesday afternoon to inquire about my car. Not ready. They didn't even look at it. WTF? no phone calls? Nothing? Say car will be ready next day. Go there next day, they say brakes are ready but i need a new radiator as the radiator in the truck is leaking, Parking brake not working. Wasn't leaking before and didn't see anything on my driveway. Fine. Tell them to order a new radiator. Setup an appointment to come at 1pm and wait. Dimitry said 2 1/2 hours to his secretary and said he would order a new radiator. Dimitri tells me to remind him to adjust parking brake on next visit. ???????????????? BAD. On the way home, notice brakes grinding bad. Come next day, radiator not there. Tells me to come next day at 2pm. Show up next day at 1pm to wait till it's done. Tells me to take one of his cars, and that the job will be done in 3 hours. Remind him of the parking brake and grinding. He said everything will be done. Call him at 5. Tells me truck will be ready at 6pm and that he will call me. Calls me at 6:31pm and tells me truck wont be ready till tomorrow. BAD. WTF???????????????????? Tells me he wants to keep the truck overnight to get rid of all the bubbles in the radiator. Truck has all my tools and parts for my job. Can't work without it. Picked up the car. Car drives ok. All the seals underneath the hood around the engine cover were slapped together in a bad manner. Had to align everything myself on my driveway. Still hear a little of grinding in rear wheels. But the best part is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!................ MY EMERGENCY BRAKE IS THE SAME IT WAS. This is the type of work they do. I called Dimitri on my way home and asked "Did you adjust my emergency brake" his response was "A little bit". HOW ABOUT I PAY YOU A "LITTLE BIT" FOR YOUR SHI**Y WORK??????????????????????????? At the beginning of all this, after my first visit, i told one of my friends that finally i have found an honest and good mechanic. What a mistake it was. My friend dropped off his Audi A7 there in the morning to get his AC fixed. Was assured he would receive a phone call when car ready. Called them closer to their closing time to ask what time he could pick it up. They never even looked at the car. I suggest you take your vehicle somewhere else. What a disaster this place is. ***STAY AWAY*** A little update. 4 months later....... Water pump Dimit

Excellent service! I've been using Linos Auto Repairs for at least 8 years. Not a single complaint! Always happy!

I was traveling from out of town and had a major leak in my rad. Dealership wanted almost double what Lino's charged me and he knew I was from out of town and could have easily taken advantage of that situation. My vehicle was quickly repaired within the day and I was treated with the same respect as a regular customer! This customer is greatly appreciative of the service I recieved!!
