Should be a negative one . My car almost rear ended the vehicle in front, in the car wash as the vehicle in front of me was not moving. I had to brake to stop the accident. But the staff at the store was telling me they had a safety feature and I didn’t have to brake and was trying blame me for breaking. What a joke !
TERRIBLE! NEVER GO HERE. Credit card pay at pump system always broken, forcing you to go in store. I just leave! I told Petro Canada Head office a Year ago and nothing done, so clealry incompetent and have terrible customer service. Go to Esso or anywhere else. do not reward bad service.
I regret to say that my encounter with Irfan was utterly disappointing. His customer service leaves much to be desired. It's as if he has a habit of prioritizing his own reading over attending to customers who are patiently waiting at the door. Irfan's indifference and rudeness were deeply disheartening, and it's clear that he doesn't place any importance on providing a positive customer experience. I strongly recommend avoiding any interactions with him, as his lack of professionalism can be infuriating and time-wasting. Your visit would be better served without his presence.
