Today I went through this car wash and waited in a very long lineup. When it was finally my turn, I tried to pay at the machine, but it was not working and I was told that payment could not be done at the machine. There were no signs explaining this or saying that customers must pay inside. The lineup behind me was extremely long and I had no option to exit. When I asked the assistant for help, he spoke to me in a very rude way and kept saying that I had no choice and must go inside to pay. People behind me were making noise, which made the situation stressful. It was very snowy and difficult to walk, but I still had to go inside to pay. This Petro Canada is at 350 Iroquois Shore Road. This Gas Station is conveniently located right beside the QEW Westbound Lanes and Trafalgar Road Across from Oakville Place in Oakville. Ontario. The Staff here are always pleasant and helpful. The station is clean and well maintained We have been coming here for over 33 years. They do believe in Customer service. You can get any thing Petro Canada sells here with a friendly Hello and Goodbye.
The quality of gas changes every day. It varies to such an extent that it is a huge concern. If you need gas for events such as karting, please go somewhere else. Also, the people who work there are awful.
