We had a misunderstanding regarding treatment and result expectations but I was provided with a revised plan that addressed both my financial and treatment concerns.
With the plan, I was paired with their student, Shreen, and while we’re still waiting to see the final outcome of my first treatment, my initial skin healing went exactly as described. Shreen is professional, diligent, and considerate—always giving a heads-up before the more uncomfortable parts of treatment, which helped make them quite tolerable.
I’m happy to recommend Jade Clinics for their understanding of my case and Shreen for her careful work.

I have struggled with unwanted hairs for years, and this thing has been very useful for me. After several sessions with Samantha from the Oakville office, i have noticed a significant reduction in my hair growth. If you are considering it, i would say go for it . I had a wonderful experience with Samantha at the Oakville office. She has explained all, answered a number of my questions and has done everything over and beyond what I could have imagined.I have amazing results.
I am incredibly impressed with Sam's electrolysis services. She is not only exceptionally kind but also very knowledgeable. Sam is always available to answer any questions, and ensures that I am comfortable throughout each appointment. I've seen great progress in just a few sessions. I highly recommend going to this clinic.
