I was in such pain due to neck and shoulder muscle. I ask to see doctor and I forgot my health card but I had a picture of it (my card was expired however I said I will update the last 2 codes when I go home because normally the kids clinic receptionist would do it) the walk in reception was very rude and said you never update your health card and you can pay to see the doctor. I had all my other ids but she was very very rude. I was in so much in pain and couldn’t move my neck. I left crying because of the pain. I would give zero star 🌟 f there was an option

Terrible staff , the lady at the front accused me of not wanting to pay $50.00 for not showing up to my appointment previously . Absolutely unprofessional.

I have found that I never have to wait more then 5-10 mins , friends staff , clean new building , I would highly recommend them .
