From beginning to end our experience with Sam was exceptional. We had our Ensuite Washroom as well as our Family Washroom demo'd and redone from top to bottom. This was all completed while we continued to live in our home. He respected all other areas of our home as if it was his own. Replace carpet with hardwood flooring throughout the house, new ceiling w/ potlights, new kitchen, 2x new bathrooms, 1 new bedroom (in basement), new roof. This project was for my parent's home that I grew up in. They moved into to a condo before summer, so I took the opportunity to do some renovation before putting it on the market for sales. At first I had a very hard time finding a good contractor that I can trust. In fact, I had to fire my original contractor just a few days before starting the job because of the materials he was providing were not what we agreed upon within our contract. Really pleased with Dream Chasers Construction Ltd. Very fair pricing. Did exactly what they said they were going to do. Employee’s we’re polite, worked hard , kept area cleaned, Differently use again.
