I bought my iMac computer from Core 1 in June 2020. The quality of service I have received from Matt and his staff has been outstanding!!I had an issue with my security software earlier that I loaded onto my computer earlier this year. Matt very patiently diagnosed the problem, and corrected it quickly. His knowledge, expertise and service, like that of all his team, is simply excellent.

In the past these Apple product pros recovered an entire hard drive of data when the hard drive decided its life span was up. Recently they did a data transfer from 1 old machine to another and set up time machine on an external drive at the same time. Afterwards I had a keyboard/mouse pairing issue that they fixed (free of charge).Their rates are ABSOLUTELY REASONABLE.With any issues I've had Matt, Jack, Andrew, and the rest of the team have been EXCEPTIONAL in their customer service. THANK YOU CORE 1!

These guys are fantastic! Super personable I was out in 20 minutes for an issue I had, had for months, wish I had come in sooner. I will be coming here for all my apple issues from now on, thanks again guys!
