Took my 2020 16GB M1 MacBook Pro in because it suddenly stopped working. It was quickly diagnosed (a shorted chip) and repaired within the same week or two. Great experience with both the repair and customer service. Communication was great as well and a the repair was a very fair price, especially considering there’s no charge for diagnostics. Easy 5 stars.
