Wow thank you to the staff all the way from the front to the back. All took time to ask if l needed a warm drink from coming out of a bitter cold day. My cut and brows were done to perfection, nothing less expected and always on point Ladies. Many thanks Joanna.

A Roller Coaster Experience with Ups and DownsI visited Civello's for partial highlights and trim with a fringe cut a few months ago. I was tended to by two lovely junior stylists. While my overall experience was a mix of highs and lows, the team's efforts to rectify the situation left me with a changed perspective.Lidjia handled my hair colour and treatment on my first visit. I commend her gentle approach to my hair and her generosity with the highlights.
