I have been with Cervol for 17 years and they are the best. Over the years I have bought two furnaces (first one was in 2008 which Mario fixed twice over the years to save me from having to buy a new furnace and then I had to get one in 2025), two tankless water heaters (one in 2008 and the other in 2024) and an air conditioner (my 20 year old a/c died during a hot spell and Mario got me a new unit and had it installed within a day). He also installed a gas line for me in 2018 when I switched over to a gas stove.
Mario is very knowledgeable and gets to the root of the problem quickly. He always tries to fix the problem first, before suggesting a new one be installed....read full review
We have been relying on Mario for many years for annual servicing, installing a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. When our water heater stopped working right before Christmas he quickly came to install a new one. I have trusted Mario with all of my HVAC needs for a long time, he will only recommend replacing an appliance if it's required
