Service techs Morgan and jamal installed a new water heater for us today. They did an awesome job. They worked quickly, cleaned up after the job was done and were super nice. I wish all service providers were like these guys!
Very good experience today from Marcel and his angels, Frank, Daniel and James who turned up on schedule to replace our furnace and AC unit. The guys got straight to work and kept at it until they were done. Kept us informed of progress and what they were up to, addressing all the questions we raised. Pleased with the end result, professional install and cleaned up once complete. Also took time to interact with our golden retriever!
Hi. Our furnace stopped working. We called Enercare and they sent the representative the very next day. The representative Kapil was very knowledgeable and he made sure to clearly explain the issue and did not do any overselling. He was very genuine and honest.
