California Hardwood is the Ultimate in Perfection in Sanding and Installation. My dining room and parts of the living room were badly worn and had to be replaced with 1 3/4" red oak, to carefully match the sanded parts. Bart is friendly, professional and his workmanship is outstanding. He meticulously did several sanding layers, courser and finer before using the edger. Quarter round was replaced after applying 3 coats of lacquer for durability. Then top quality BONA (Swedish) stain, chosen from a large sample of custom stains was applied. An experienced carpenter, Bart cut and installed red oak veneer on both stringers and installed 3 new risers between the stairs. Now I have awesome Vintage Flooring in my 1967 bungalow.
