Dr. Sarah is the best vet of all time. She helped me and Abraham (bearded dragon) through some really tough situations. The staff made the end of his life way less overwhelming then it would have been without them. I'm so thankful.

I can’t say enough good things about Burloak Animal Hospital in Oakville, ON. It’s not easy to find avain vets who truly understand avian health, but this team clearly knows their stuff.
The Dr's took the time to explain everything clearly and handled my bird gently and confidently, which put both of us at ease. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and clearly designed with birds in mind — quiet exam rooms, perches, and stress-minimizing procedures.
My birds came in for minor issues, and thanks to their quick diagnosis and treatment plan, they're doing great. Now I take all my birds to this clinic.
If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional avian vet clinic, this is the place. I wouldn’t trust my bird’s care to anyone else!

I had an excellent experience at this animal hospital. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, truly caring for my ferret like he was their own. They booked a last-minute appointment quickly when I had a serious concern, which I really appreciated. Great place to go for your small critter needs! The vets who saw my little lady rat were gentle, caring and loved to see her which is rare for rats. The neuter they completed on one of my boys was beautiful and no post operative issues or threats of picking open the incision! Will happily return to the clinic when needed. Thank you Burloak!

New to the neighborhood and was in search of a new vet for my golden fur boy. Taking in the new scents, and wildlife, my retriever fell ill and was not himself for 3 days. I reached out to Burloak Animal Hospital and Margaret was able to get my dog in for a visit, as well, took care of having his records transferred over from his previous vet. Dr. Ricardo has been a refreshing professional in the field and I am confident my dog will always be treated by him. His knowledge, treatment and time he spent on my dog displayed he is in the right field of work. To be able to provide a service for our animals with such empathy speaks volumes that this isn't just a job but a calling. Thanks Team for the speedy assistance and support.
