“My dog needed heart care food which had vanished from my usual vet's website where he orders food, when i asked them, they didn't know why. I called many other animal hospitals asking for answers to see if anyone carried that food and some of them said they couldn't help me because i wasn't their client. When i called this hospital, the receptionist Jillian immediately did her best to find out what had happened. Not only did she manage to find out the food i wanted was discontinued but she also helped me with what food to give my dog instead.
