Our cleaner was very polite and friendly. My score was a 4 out of 5 because after the job was done and supposedly finished, I noticed a few spots on the carpet that were still stained. Our cleaner applied more cleaning and it improved to our satisfaction. If I didn’t point this out, the job wouldn’t have met my expectations.
