A-1 is my "go to" HVAC company, always. They are prompt at returning calls, they are prepared, they will do their best to come earlier if they can. I booked last night late (on line) and gave A-1 as much detail as I could so they knew what to look for. My A/C wasn't working. The technician (Samir P.) came a day early...bless his heart! I asked questions, he explained. He showed me what he was doing so I got a lesson on A/C workings. Very thorough, very personable and respectful. I always receive great service. Thank you A-1 and Samir.
I am very pleased with the air conditioning service carried out today by Adrian Alvarado. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and service my system. He explained the work clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was operating efficiently before leaving. His attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship were outstanding. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and I am very satisfied with the results.
Samir took care of our annual furnace and A/C maintenance. He was incredibly courteous, efficient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Update 2026-05-28: Had another visit from Samir, this time to repair our A/C. He was quick, friendly, and got everything up and running in no time. I'm very happy to be on the maintenance plan with A1.
