The receptionist was very condescending and said that we, as patients, should be GRATEFUL that the doctor made time to see us. However, the doctor was late, and the clinic did not follow the scheduled appointment order. It seemed that they allowed people they personally knew to see the doctor first, instead of respecting the appointment schedule.
My dental crown came off unexpectedly, and they gave me an appointment right away. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
Dr. Fallahdoost performed a root canal, and I was honestly surprised that I felt no pain at all throughout the procedure. They explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable.
I’m extremely grateful for their quick response and high-quality care. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist. Especially Dr Arjang Falahdoost.

Very disappointing experience with the clinic staff. The receptionist and lab technician (Layla) were rude and dismissive.
I asked for my blood test results to be sent to my family doctor—which is my right under Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act and had already provided the family Dr information on the form. Layla responded rudely (“how are we supposed to remember?”) and refused to do it.
She then told me to call back when results are ready, while also saying she doesn’t know when that will be.
