I visited the Yonge Elmwood Clinic on Sunday 14 Dec and despite the clinic being crowded the receptionist had a smile for everyone and managed patients efficiently. I saw Dr Sidi Liu as Doctors who attended to me from the hospital are away. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Liu 's depth of knowledge, focused analysis and compassion. She was efficient in checking me and then explaining the treatment and changes to my medication. In the end I even asked her if my wife could see her too as we've missed this kind of focused care that gets to the point quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Dr Liu. Rajiv D
I highly recommend this place. The staff, from reception to the doctor, are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It's a fantastic option for urgent care, even on Sundays! The only downside is that due to the high quality of service, it is always busy. Make sure to allow plenty of time for your visit.
