First time visiting a walk in clinic in Canada. Thought it will take awhile but I think I only waited for 20-30 mins thankfully. The receptionist was nice, the doctor Hu was nice and so was pharmacist. Doctor Hu asked my symptoms and explained why I have those symptoms very nicely and pretty detailed. If I have to go to see a doctor again I would love to come back to this walk in clinic. Thank you guys.
Exceptional service! From the efficient and helpful receptionists to the great doctors, my experience at this office has always been top-notch. Despite moving to another part of the city, I still make the trip here because of the outstanding care I receive. Highly recommend!
I am fortunate to be able to access medical care at this clinic. My family doctor is patient, kind, and effective. Prior to being added on the roster, my experience with the other doctors was also great .The convenient pharmacy within this clinic serves the community well.And also, kudos to the front desk! The clinic is always busy, but they are reliably prompt, efficient, and effective in their responses.
