I started my weight loss journey last March of 2024, the dietician there is incredible i'm sorry i forgot your name but she is awesome. she makes sure that your happiness comes first and is very gentle when it comes to helping you. i went from like 170 pounds to 125 (5'6) which is great, she helps you by slowly making changes to your diet instead of completely changing what you are eating which helped me a bunch and was really sustainable.
