We had a disappointing experience here. It was our first time shopping for a wig and I asked the clerk to explain me how the process worked. She never quite answered my question until AFTER trying the wig, where she mentioned that there was a $50 fee just for trying (which would be applied to the cost of the wig if we decided to buy). I have no problem with them charging for a consultation, but I did find it quite sneaky of them to let us know of the charge after the fact, instead of allowing us to make an informed decision, specially considering that I did ask how the process worked before trying it on.

Wigsrus was a great experience! The topper Molanda picked out for me was absolutely perfect. Lisa’s colouring and cutting skills are first class and both made me feel very welcome, had lots of good chat and as I was travelling they went over and above to ensure my hair was ready in time. Highly recommend this business and will be back!

Had the best experience at Wigs R Us. My first time visiting was back in 2020, and it was truly delightful. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, from the receptionist to the stylists. They give so much attention, guiding you carefully from wig selection to styling and making sure everything is perfect. Such a lovely, all-around attentive and relaxing experience ❤️

During a very difficult journey into the unknown of breast cancer and hair loss. I found myself at wigsRUs through my own due diligence.. it was the first and only wig store I went to because the experience was magical. Molanda and Fiolla changed the next stage of my life forever. They gave me back my confidence and helped me navigate a strange new world of wigs. I am very grateful to them both.

Its been almost three months since i picked up my topper. After the second try, it was perfect, the style and colouring( salt and pepper) not easy to do. I have worn it everyday since i picked it up. Every time wear it i feel confident and beautiful, i cant ask for anything better.
