I have been three times over the last couple of years, have had a wax and a mani and have brought my young daughter for a polish. The location is convenient and clean are the only positives I can muster. The service has consistently felt amateur and having staff not in uniform feels strange for a spa environment. Cannot justify a return visit.

I went to this spa because I heard good things about it. But I was a bit disappointed I did my nails last Friday and it's already peeling for shellac nails to peel it's very disappointing. Also had a pedicure which was fine but I felt the manicure was not the greatest. The cuticle is not even cut or removed they painted my nails but missed corners and left spots. When I asked about it they said it's the way my nail is. Okay? I have had manicures before at like nails for you and spots like that and they have done a great job but I thought for the price it's not worth it. I wouldn't go back or recommend.

I give this place a try 3 times. NOT GOOD. I was excited at first cause was so convenience for me the location of this place. They will not trim your cuticles at all and polish was done very far apart from my cuticles looked like I was one week after getting my nails done, very uneven and terrible work. I stoped by one day to buy some dermalogica products they have for sale and told the girls at the front why I was not booking with them any longer, and she offered 10% discount in my next appointment. I was speechless. Just DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE . Their "most experienced nail tech don't have a clue how to do nails". I get my nails done every two weeks and I've been many places on top of that I did nails in the past and I know perfectly how is it done.
