We had a really smooth experience with The Simple Alternative in Toronto, whom we entrusted with the direct cremation of our father. From start to finish, the process was clear, respectful, and efficiently handled during a difficult time. The staff were compassionate and professional, answering our questions promptly and guiding us through each step. We felt supported throughout. Very special thanks to Harlie who went above and beyond. Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.
From start to finish I found the service excellent. Our Funeral Director, Judson, was professional, attentive, prompt and went beyond our expectations. He knew exactly what to do in helping us navigate a difficult time. I recommend the "Simple Alternative" without reservation.
