Initially I was extremely upset when I picked up my blazer and found it had been ruined it was something I needed for a funeral, and the experience left me very disappointed. However, after posting my review, the owner, Mary, personally reached out to apologize. She was kind, understanding, and genuinely tried to make things right. While the damage to my blazer couldn’t be undone, she refunded my money and offered a voucher for future services. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to take responsibility. I respect the way Mary handled the situation.
