I was having an issue with my Mercedes CLS. I had taken it to two other mechanics - including mercedes mechanics who could not solve the issue. I continued to replace parts trying to solve the problem and spending lots of money. I then brought the car to Synkro, they took their time, discovered the issue and completely fixed the problem. Im grateful. This is probably the most reasonably priced mechanic shop in the city, and they do great work. Thank you.
Kitty was super nice both on the phone and when I came in late for my appointment. Alan the mechanic was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to check my car promptly and found the cause for my engine light to be my gas cap. I was in and out under 30mins! Way faster then any other auto shop I've visited. Normally handing my keys in to have it checked would have taken an hour at least before I heard any updates. Price was super reasonable as well. I highly recommend this garage for any work your car may need!
By far one of the best mechanic shops I’ve been too. Honest, dependable and stand behind there word and product even if it causes them a loss. Thank you Albert, Kitty and Toobi for everything.
