The tire shop I had gone to before had installed the wheels and tires incorrectly, and David fixed everything without charging me anything. I’m very grateful to him.
I recently went to Superior Tire to get winter tires for my new Hyundai Elantra. I originally bought a set of rims and some budget Chinese tires (my mistake!). As soon as I hit the highway, the car vibrated terribly — it was almost undrivable at higher speeds. The team at Superior Tire was incredibly helpful and patient. They let me upgrade to a much better set of tires, and even after that, when I still noticed a slight vibration, Shawn went absolutely above and beyond. He took the time to rebalance, rotated, and fine-tune everything until my highway driving was perfectly smooth again.
