This is a TRUE review of Jay and Steam Kleen. Our cleaning needs weren’t for regular maintenance, we had a very unfortunate coffee spill on our light coloured stair runners. We really thought that we’d have to replace the runner, but decided to try Steam Kleen based on reviews.This HONEST review will be updated with pictures, but let me say for now that this company is 100% reliable and committed to customer service and satisfaction.The stain from the coffee appeared gone after the first cleaning. Unfortunately, it came back. Jay honoured his work and returned to touch it up. Again, it looked perfect when he left, but it came back again (much lighter, but still obvious)....read full review
What a great business and experience. They came to my condo and steam cleaned all my curtains and furniture and beds. Awesome! Everything feels so fresh and clean and I didn’t have to do a thing
Steam Kleen was amazing! They responded immediately to our flood in our home. Excellent service, professional commercial equipment, honest, and honourable. As a serious DIY guy, I never would have been able to rent the same quality of equipment and get the results Steam Kleen was able to do. Thank you Jay for looking after our home and responding so quickly in our time of need. Will certainly be in touch again for other cleaning needs.
