I started visiting Stay active rehab at Yonge and Sheppard about two weeks ago for my lower back pain. Rutuja has been amazing in helping my recovery. I recently had issues moving around and I had pain every time I would sit for too long and get up. Excellent massage therapy! I had so much tension from sitting at my computer all day, and my massage therapist did an incredible job. The clinic was clean, the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, and the whole experience was great. I'll definitely be coming back!
