Natalie was very knowledgeable about the procedure and provided a suitable treatment plan that addressed my concerns including age spots and hyperpigmentation. Provided extra services to cater to my skin condition which I’m really grateful. For anyone looking for treatments I recommend this place. Age spots doesn’t appear instantly it takes time to show up, same way to get rid of them it takes time and care. What you can’t do by yourself at home you need help from the experts. Found Skin City Spa on google and the booking was easy. I was feeling shy being a male coming in for a face treatment but was immediately reassured and felt comfortable. My concern is oily skin and lots of black heads . This is my first time getting a facial ever I booked the Clear start acne facial and my experience was relaxing, my pores cleaned out ! and my face and skin looks and feels healthy now and refreshed.

Had an amazing experience, this is my 5th time coming back. she does such a great job making you feel comfortable and getting all the wax off. I can get a bit jumpy with the wax strips and she didnt make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable at all. I will definitely be coming back. Also she makes sure to get you right with the vacation wax bundle!!
