Of course, I miss Dr. Yearwood, but I found the doctors and staff very pleasant. I was a little concerned when the doctors changed their line of approach regarding the treatment of Suki, but it seems to be for the best, so I am happy with that.

I have been attending Seneca Animal Clinic for nearly 30 years. And although my original vets have since retired, I have come to know those who replaced them and have always had good and reassuring veterinary experiences with my many cats who I have brought in. I have even brought in strays to see if they were chipped, and still got the same treatment as I did with my own pets. The staff is always warm, courteous and professional and I trust them with my animals. I would recommend them to anyone looking to start a relationship with a solid veterinary office.

Went in to meet the receptionists before bringing my dog in. I like to see if I’m dealing with unpleasant people before spending my money on them.
Needless to say I would never return. The old, blonde receptionist is rude and dismissive. I can’t imagine willingly having to deal with her even if the vets might be good. Hire better staff!

Very disappointing experience today. The new/ young vet , Dr. Lee, had a very authoritative and unprofessional tone throughout the visit. It also seemed like she was not comfortable or experienced handling larger dogs, which made the situation even more stressful.
At one point, when examining my dog’s belly, she caused obvious discomfort and pain twice. Instead of showing care or concern, she said she was only doing examinations. On top of that, without asking about our routine, she rudely assumed we don’t brush his teeth — which is completely untrue, as we do it every day.
Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and compassion like previous visit. Do not recommend this vet !!!

Unfortunately yesterday had to put down my dog because of cancer. Dr Amin was extremely knowledgeable and provided the best advice for us. Tara and Julia were extremely helpful and compassionate. Everything was very dignifying. Thank you very much to all of you!

Our cats Misha and Masha have been going to this clinic for years. Just to explain to you how great it is, we have moved to Innisfil and yes we are still willing to travel because everyone who works at that clinic is professional, knowledgeable and above all kind. We know that our kitties are in great hands. On a side note, we absolutely adore Julia, she’s wonderful, caring and extremely knowledgeable!

They are such kind folks - My pet Sundari (Our 3 year old cat) was in distress with low pcv count. They took real care of her and referred to internal medicine on time. She is all good and well now. They love your animals and don’t squeeze your pocket. They genuinely love your pet and want good for them. I am very glad to have them as my pet’s vet.

I would not recommend coming here. I can’t even describe how rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional Julia is. As I was waiting I spoke to another customer who also expressed their concerns for the terrible customer service. I am just still in disbelief and it’s been almost a week since I was there. Dr Ungar was somewhat friendly, but I also didn’t feel confident in her treatment. She seemed rushed, confused, and at times uninterested. The two young women who I believe are the vet techs were the only positives. I am still unsure about what I was charged for and feel like I was gauged. My suggestion to the clinic is to have a serious talk with Julia about how she speaks to customers. And be transparent with customers about what you’re charging them for.
