This review is specifically regarding the pet wash stations at this location. If there were a way to only rate the stations I would give it a 1 star. PRO: Employees were helpful and considerate. The station was clean and shampoo containers were full. Two towels were provided. CON: The water at the station starts out warm but, will get colder over time until there's only cold water left. Near the end of the wash my dog was complaining and avoiding the water so much that I couldn't get the last of the shampoo off him - for which I can't blame him because by that point it was like getting an ice shower. Marvin and I love coming here for all our grooming needs and nail trim. Yasemin is professional, knowledgeable and is very skilled at her craft. Marvin is calm, looking polished and ready to hit the town after his visit. Yasemin takes time and care to ensure that your baby is relax and you can see that she cares and loves animals and all her clients. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend this pet value location for all your grooming needs that why we keep coming back.

Great experience, warm water, lots of shampoo, great staff to take us thru the process and provided towels. After all, we have a clean pup and the best, I don’t have to clean my bathroom!?
