Receptionist Julia refused to let me book appointments with my family doctor on multiple occasions. She then threatened me because I went to a walk-in clinic when I was denied an appointment. The few times I was at the office I heard Julia being abusive to other patients over the phone. This woman should not be allowed to work in the medical field. After being not allowed to book appointments I asked for my chart to take to another doctor. I was charged $20. All I got was my lab results which I have access to from LifeLabs. I wanted any notes my family doctor had made. I never got them so they essentially stole $20 from me. Find somewhere else.

I recently visited this pharmacy, and I was impressed by the level of service. The assistants were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience smooth and pleasant. A special mention to Sam, the professional pharmacist, who was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to thoroughly explain my medication. I felt well cared for and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this pharmacy for its excellent customer service and expertise.

I'm so glad to say Dr Beik changed his receptionist. She is very polite and try to help patients to solve their problems. I called her and she relayed my problem to doctor very quickly.
